Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is the daughter of her Russian mother and a Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. Mahendru speaks fluent German Russian and English and also French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru, born in India to a Russian father and an Indian mother, is fluent with both of the languages. She choreographed an 11-year-old performance which resulted in an German TV show appearance as an Russian Snow Maiden. She transforms into an energetic Indian Dancer. She graduated from high school with a degree in New York and received a bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. She studied improvisation and comedy at Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. She was raised in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, as well as a Russian-speaking mother Olga. She moved from Afghanistan to East Meadow New York, with her father when she was 13 years old. She is a star along Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel in FX's The Americans. Television actress most famous for her portrayal of former KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. Her role was a regular one on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
